Women for Women International (WfWI) has a firm commitment to protecting your privacy. The following statement explains our policy in regard to the collection and use of any personal information you may give us as you use the U.S. WfWI website located at www.womenforwomen.org (the Web Site) or any of the services provided therein (collectively the Service).
Your continued use of the Web Site or the Service indicates your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please do not provide us with any personal data that you do not want to be used by WfWI in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. WfWI reserves the right at any time to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy to comply with any applicable state or federal regulations, to utilize new technologies or to improve your experience. If we change the Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted in this document so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and to whom we will disclose it.
You may choose to provide us with personal information in a variety of situations. The Website may offer you the possibility to contact WfWI with any questions or comments or to make donations to WfWI through third-party websites. In this respect, you may choose to provide some personal information to WfWI. The type of personal information that WfWI may collect includes first name, last name, email address, postal address, date of birth, phone number, gender, and country of residence. In addition, you may choose to provide credit card (or bank) details to our payments processor in connection with a donation to WfWI, or may provide a description of your education and work experience in connection with a job opening at WfWI for which you wish to be considered.
In addition, we collect information about our users that cannot be used to personally identify you. This information may include the web site's Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. We collect this non-personal information to help diagnose problems with our server and the Web Site, to administer and improve the Service and to understand the special interests and individual habits of our users so that we can personalize the services we make available to you.

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from WfWI (e.g. newsletters or promotional emails), you may opt out by clicking on a link in the email you receive or by sending an email to general@womenforwomen.org.
You may review, update, correct or delete your personal information, elect not to receive future communications from third parties, elect and/or choose to no longer receive the Service by contacting us at general@womenforwomen.org. This e-mail must include your full name, address and contact information in the request in order to allow us to verify your identity. Please note that if you request the deletion of your personal information, we may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
The Web Site is not directed toward or designed for the use by persons aged 13 and under. WfWI will not approve applications of, or establish or maintain accounts or memberships for, any child whom WfWI knows to be age 13 or under.
