Amber Khan is a Senior Director at Women for Women International, where she leads global communications to strategically advance the mission and vision of the organization and serves as a spokesperson.
She is a 20-year veteran of social justice and interfaith advocacy work and a respected strategic communications advisor to public interest groups, private foundations, and political campaigns. Khan was formerly Executive Director of The Communications Network, is co-founder of the Muslim Advocates, a civil rights organization, and was also the first Muslim to chair the Interfaith Alliance Foundation. She has managed several national campaigns and organized progressive coalitions supporting inclusive policies and strategy development at the local, state, and national levels.
