Deborah Maxwell Chande serves as an Emeritus Trustee for Women for Women International - UK.
Deborah practiced Corporate Finance law in the City of London for over 15 years at both Lovells and also as a General Counsel to International media and publishing businesses in London and Paris. In 1997 she joined the Executive Search Firm, Whitehead Mann where she set up their Legal Professional Services practice and also worked in Management Asset Valuation, until 2000 when she formed her own Executive Search Firm, DMA Associates, specialising in Partnership lateral hire across major London Law Firms.
In 2004, following a lifelong interest in Alternative Medicine and nutritional supplements, Deborah became the Founder of BigShotz, a vitamin enriched fresh fruit juice drink, which she worked with scientists to invent and which successfully launched in the retail market in 2008.
Deborah now works as an independent consultant advising small and start-up businesses. She joined the Leadership Circle of Women for Women International in 2009, was a UK Trustee from 2011 to 2014 and remains committed to Women for Women International, as an Emeritus Trustee.
Deborah lives in London, is married to Real Estate Fund Manager Manish Chande and they have 4 children.
