Ambassador Cathy Russell Visits Women's Opportunity Centre

On July 26, U.S. Ambassador at Large for Global Women's Issues Catherine Russell and U.S. Ambassador to Rwanda Erica Barks-Ruggles joined Women for Women International to tour our Women's Opportunity Centre to meet with program graduates and learn about our work to help women rebuild their lives.
